YouthPro Ambassador Working Policy

 Applies to: All YouthPro ambassadors, applicants, and team leaders/Upline.

 


 

1. Purpose of the Ambassador Program

The YouthPro Ambassador Program exists to help spread Arabic learning through Bareq in an ethical, professional, and purpose-driven way.

Ambassadors help introduce Bareq to individuals and families who want to learn Arabic, especially for educational, cultural, and Quranic connection.

Although ambassadors may earn commissions through approved referral activity, the program must not be promoted mainly as an income opportunity. The mission of the program is educational and cultural first.

 


 

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

To join the YouthPro Ambassador Program, applicants must:

 Be at least 18 years old, or have explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

 Provide accurate and complete information in the ambassador registration form.

 Have a legal and approved bank account or payment method to receive commissions.

 Genuinely care about spreading Arabic learning in an ethical and responsible way.

 Complete the required onboarding steps and beginner marketing training.

 Follow YouthPro’s official strategies, instructions, and ambassador policies.

After review and approval by YouthPro, the ambassador’s referral link will be officially activated.

YouthPro reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate ambassador accounts based on eligibility, compliance, or program integrity.

 


 

 

3. Ambassador Identity and Representation

Ambassadors are independent participants in the YouthPro Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors are not employees, owners, partners, official spokespersons, or legal representatives of YouthPro.

Ambassadors must not:

 Present themselves as official YouthPro staff.

 Create social media pages, groups, accounts, or websites that appear to be official YouthPro pages.

 Use names such as “YouthPro Official,” “YouthPro Team,” or similar names that may mislead the public.

 Claim ownership of YouthPro, Bareq, or the learning platform.

 Make official promises, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of YouthPro.

When sharing a referral link, ambassadors must clearly state that they are part of the YouthPro Ambassador Program and that the link is their personal referral link.

 


 

4. Social Media and Content Guidelines

Ambassadors may promote YouthPro and Bareq on social media, messaging platforms, and personal networks, provided that all content is honest, respectful, and professional.

Ambassadors must:

 Share only true and accurate information about YouthPro, Bareq, Bareq Digital Academy, the curriculum, and the ambassador program.

 Use respectful and professional language.

 Avoid offensive, aggressive, discriminatory, political, or misleading content.

 Avoid spelling and grammar mistakes that may harm credibility.

 Respond to followers, customers, and interested people politely and helpfully.

 Respect the rules and policies of each platform used for promotion.

 Clearly disclose their ambassador status when sharing referral links.

 Use YouthPro branding only according to official guidance.

Ambassadors must not:

 Alter the YouthPro logo or branding without official permission.

 Use YouthPro branding in inappropriate, offensive, political, or misleading contexts.

 Post fake testimonials, fake reviews, or fake success stories.

 Attack competitors or diminish other educational platforms, schools, institutions, or ambassadors.

 Claim that Bareq guarantees fluency, specific learning outcomes, or specific financial results.

 Promote through spam comments, mass tagging, intrusive messages, or misleading posts.

 


 

5. Marketing and Promotional Compliance

All marketing must be responsible, ethical, and truthful.

Ambassadors must not:

 Overpromise results or claim guaranteed Arabic fluency within a specific time.

 Use misleading phrases such as “earn thousands in days,” “guaranteed income,” “financial freedom in a week,” or “earn while sleeping.”

 Make money or profit the main reason for joining the program.

 Post direct income claims such as “I earned $X” or “I make a lot every month.”

 Use fake screenshots, fake payment proof, fake registrations, or exaggerated lifestyle images.

 Pressure people to join using fear, guilt, manipulation, or false urgency.

 Promote YouthPro or Bareq on illegal, unsafe, adult, gambling, extremist, or unverified websites.

 Run paid advertisements using YouthPro’s official identity, name, or branding without approval.

Paid advertisements are allowed only through the ambassador’s personal account and must follow YouthPro’s advertising and branding guidelines.

 


 

6. Privacy and Anti-Spam Rules

Ambassadors must respect the privacy of customers, learners, recruits, other ambassadors, and the public.

Ambassadors must not:

 Collect personal data without permission.

 Share names, phone numbers, emails, countries, payment details, or private conversations without consent.

 Send repeated unsolicited messages through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media, or any other platform.

 Use scraped contact lists, purchased databases, or unauthorized contact lists.

 Add people to groups without permission.

 Upload customer or recruit data to third-party tools without approval.

 Misuse personal data for personal business, unrelated promotion, or private benefit.

Promotion must be permission-based, respectful, and aligned with YouthPro’s Privacy Policy.

 


 

7. Referral and Team Ethics

Ambassadors must respect the referral structure and the efforts of other ambassadors.

Ambassadors must not:

 Recruit people who are already connected to another ambassador’s team.

 Interfere with another ambassador’s customers, recruits, or downline.

 Encourage ambassadors to leave their current team and join another team.

 Transfer recruits to another ambassador.

 Sell, rent, transfer, or give away their ambassador account or position.

 Create multiple accounts to change placement, manipulate commissions, or move earnings.

Any violation of team ethics may result in referral link suspension, commission cancellation, account suspension, or termination.

 


 

8. Account Integrity and Fraud Prevention

All ambassador accounts, customer accounts, sales, and referral activity must be genuine.

Ambassadors must not:

 Create fake accounts.

 Register people using fake emails, fake names, fake phone numbers, or fake payment details.

 Create duplicate accounts for themselves or others.

 Use another person’s identity without permission.

 Manipulate sales, subscriptions, renewals, or commission records.

 Transfer earnings through fake or duplicate accounts.

 Use fraudulent payment methods.

 Encourage people to join only to create artificial commission activity.

Commissions are earned only through legitimate sales, subscriptions, renewals, and approved referral activity.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate commission cancellation, account closure, and permanent removal from the program.

 


 

 

9. Commission and Payment Rules

Commissions are paid according to the official YouthPro commission structure.

Commission rules:

 Ambassadors must be active and compliant with YouthPro policies to qualify for commissions.

 Commissions are based on actual approved sales, subscriptions, renewals, and qualifying referral activity.

 Commissions are not earned from fake accounts, duplicate accounts, cancelled payments, refunded transactions, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

 Commissions are distributed monthly.

 Each month’s approved commissions will be paid no later than the 21st of the following month.

 The minimum payout threshold is USD $100.

 If an ambassador’s balance is below USD $100, the amount will roll over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is reached.

 Ambassadors must provide correct and updated payment information.

 YouthPro is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details.

YouthPro reserves the right to review, delay, hold, cancel, or reverse commissions connected to suspicious activity, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, incorrect payment details, or policy violations.

 


 

10. Training, Follow-Up, and Support Responsibilities

Ambassadors are expected to support the people they invite in a respectful and helpful way.

Ambassadors should:

 Help new customers or ambassadors understand the registration steps.

 Encourage learners to explore the Bareq curriculum.

 Guide new ambassadors to watch the initial training sessions.

 Share official training materials when appropriate.

 Answer basic questions honestly.

 Direct complex, legal, payment, technical, or policy questions to YouthPro support.

 Stay updated with official training and policy announcements.

Ambassadors must not provide false answers, unofficial guarantees, or personal interpretations that conflict with YouthPro’s official policies.

 


 

11. Content Ownership and Brand Materials

All YouthPro and Bareq materials belong exclusively to YouthPro or its authorized partners.

This includes:

 Logos

 Designs

 Presentations

 Videos

 Training materials

 Scripts

 Marketing templates

 Documents

 Internal communications

 Platform screenshots and resources

Ambassadors may use official materials only for approved YouthPro promotion.

Ambassadors must not:

 Sell YouthPro materials.

 Modify official materials without permission.

 Use materials for another business.

 Claim ownership of YouthPro or Bareq content.

 Share internal training content publicly unless approved.

 Create misleading materials that appear official without authorization.

 


 

12. MLM and Compensation Transparency

Ambassadors must explain the compensation plan clearly, honestly, and responsibly.

Ambassadors must not:

 Exaggerate possible earnings.

 Present commissions as guaranteed income.

 Suggest that income is easy, automatic, or effortless.

 Hide important program conditions.

 Use the compensation plan as the main recruitment message.

 Encourage people to join only for financial reasons.

Ambassadors should explain that commissions depend on actual approved sales, subscriptions, renewals, and proper compliance with YouthPro policies.

The ambassador opportunity must always be presented together with the educational value of Bareq and the mission of spreading Arabic learning.

 


 

13. Leadership and Team Accountability

Team leaders are responsible for encouraging ethical conduct within their teams.

Leaders should:

 Guide ambassadors according to YouthPro’s official policies.

 Report unethical behavior or serious violations.

 Avoid encouraging spam, false claims, or aggressive recruiting.

 Support new ambassadors with official training and approved materials.

 Respect YouthPro’s hierarchy and communication process.

Issues should be handled through the appropriate team leader or YouthPro management channel. Serious issues may be escalated directly to YouthPro when necessary.

 


 

14. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

 Fraudulent registrations or fake accounts.

 Duplicate accounts.

 Spam or unauthorized mass messaging.

 Misleading income claims.

 Fake testimonials or fake proof of results.

 Attacking competitors or other ambassadors.

 Misusing YouthPro branding.

 Claiming to be an official YouthPro employee, owner, or representative.

 Selling ambassador accounts or positions.

 Charging recruits for unofficial paid VIP training.

 Collecting or sharing personal data without consent.

 Cross-team recruiting or team interference.

 Promoting on illegal, unsafe, adult, gambling, extremist, or unverified websites.

 Manipulating commissions, accounts, referrals, or payments.

 Sharing confidential YouthPro training or internal materials without approval.

 


15. Policy Updates

YouthPro may update ambassador policies when needed for legal, operational, ethical, security, or program-related reasons.

Policy updates will be announced through email, platform notifications, or official ambassador channels.

Updates become effective once announced unless YouthPro states a different effective date.

Continued participation in the YouthPro Ambassador Program after an update means the ambassador accepts the revised policies.

 


 

16. Violations and Enforcement

Any violation of these policies may result in one or more of the following actions:

 Warning.

 Removal of specific content.

 Temporary restriction.

 Referral link suspension.

 Commission review or delay.

 Commission cancellation.

 Account suspension.

 Account termination.

 Permanent removal from the YouthPro Ambassador Program.

YouthPro may apply enforcement based on the seriousness of the violation, repeated behavior, harm caused, fraud risk, and impact on the reputation or integrity of the program.

Serious violations, including fraud, fake accounts, commission manipulation, privacy misuse, or intentional misrepresentation, may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
