YouthPro Ambassador FAQ

1. What is the YouthPro Ambassador Program?

The YouthPro Ambassador Program is a referral program that allows ambassadors to share the Bareq Arabic learning course with others and earn commissions from approved sales.

The goal of the program is to help spread Arabic learning in an ethical, professional, and purpose-driven way.

2. What is Bareq?

Bareq is an Arabic learning program designed for non-native Arabic speakers. It helps learners improve their Arabic skills through structured lessons, interactive learning, and flexible access.

Bareq is especially useful for learners and families who want to connect with Arabic for educational, cultural, and Quranic purposes.

3. Who can become a YouthPro ambassador?

To become a YouthPro ambassador, you must generally be at least 18 years old.

Applicants under 18 may join only with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, including consent to participate in the program, share personal data, and receive payments where legally permitted.

Ambassadors must also provide accurate registration information, complete onboarding steps, and follow YouthPro’s official policies.

4. Is an ambassador an employee of YouthPro?

No. Ambassadors are independent participants in the YouthPro Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors are not employees, owners, partners, legal representatives, or official spokespersons of YouthPro.

When promoting Bareq, ambassadors must clearly state that they are independent YouthPro ambassadors and that they are sharing a personal referral link.

5. How do I become active as an ambassador?

To become active, you must complete the required registration and onboarding process, provide accurate information, follow YouthPro’s training instructions, and receive approval from YouthPro.

After approval, your personal referral link will be activated.

6. How long does it take to activate my ambassador account?

Ambassador accounts are usually activated within 48 hours after completing the required registration and review process.

7. What do I receive after becoming an active ambassador?

After becoming active, you may receive:

 Your personal referral link.

 Access to official marketing materials.

 Ambassador training and guidance.

Support from YouthPro or your team leader.

The ability to earn commissions from approved referral activity.

8. What should I do if I forget my ambassador account password?

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

 Click “Forgot your password?”

 Enter your registered email address.

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Create a new password and enter it twice to confirm.

9. How do ambassadors earn commissions?

Ambassadors earn commissions when people purchase Bareq through their approved referral activity, according to the official YouthPro commission structure.

Commissions are based on real, approved sales, subscriptions, renewals, and qualifying referral activity. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, refunded payments, cancelled payments, fraud, or policy violations do not qualify for commissions.

10. When are commissions paid?

Commissions are distributed monthly.

Approved commissions are transferred on the 21st of each month, unless there is an emergency or exceptional circumstance that may cause a delay.

11. When will the commission be transferred to my bank account?

Bank transfer commissions are processed on the 21st of each month, provided that the ambassador has reached the minimum payout threshold and has submitted correct payment information.

12. Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes. The minimum payout threshold depends on the payment method:

 USD $100 for bank transfers.

 USD $50 for PayPal.

If your balance is below the minimum payout amount, it will remain in your ambassador account and roll over to the next payout cycle until the required threshold is reached.

13. I have $40 in my account. Why was it not transferred?

Your commission was not transferred because it has not reached the minimum payout threshold.

The minimum payout amount is:

 USD $100 for bank transfers.

 USD $50 for PayPal.

Your $40 balance will remain in your ambassador account and will be added to future commissions until you reach the minimum payout amount.

14. What payment information do I need to provide?

Ambassadors must provide complete, correct, and updated bank account details, PayPal details, or another approved payment method.

YouthPro is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the ambassador.

15. How can I extract or get my referral links?

You can follow the explanation in the official tutorial video using this link:

Make sure to use your correct personal referral link when promoting Bareq.

16. Can I post my earnings online?

No. Ambassadors may not directly publish earnings claims such as:

 “I earned $X.”

“I make a lot every month.”

 “You can earn thousands quickly.”

 “Guaranteed income.”

The YouthPro Ambassador Program should not be promoted mainly as a money-making opportunity. The mission is educational and cultural first.

17. Can I promise people guaranteed income?

No. Ambassadors must never promise guaranteed income, easy money, or fast financial success.

Commissions depend on actual approved sales, renewals, and proper compliance with YouthPro policies.

18. Can I say Bareq guarantees fluency?

No. Ambassadors must not guarantee specific learning results, fluency within a fixed period, or unrealistic outcomes.

You may explain Bareq’s features, structure, benefits, and learning value, but you must avoid exaggerated claims.

19. Can I use YouthPro’s name or logo?

Yes, but only according to YouthPro’s official guidelines.

Ambassadors may not alter the logo, misuse YouthPro branding, or create pages that appear to be official YouthPro accounts.

You must not name your account “YouthPro Official,” “YouthPro Team,” or anything that may make people think your page is the official YouthPro page.

20. Can I create a social media page to promote Bareq?

Yes, you may create a page or account to promote Bareq as an independent ambassador.

However, your page must clearly show that it is an ambassador page, not an official YouthPro page.

For example, acceptable wording could be:

“Independent YouthPro Ambassador”
 “Bareq Referral Ambassador”

Avoid wording that suggests official ownership or representation.

21. Can I run paid ads?

Paid ads may be allowed only through your personal account and must follow YouthPro’s branding, advertising, and compliance guidelines.

You may not run ads using YouthPro’s official identity or branding in a way that makes the ad appear to be from YouthPro directly, unless you have approval.

22. Can I send messages on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email?

Yes, but only in a respectful and permission-based way.

You must not spam people, send repeated unsolicited messages, add people to groups without permission, or use scraped/purchased contact lists.

Always contact people with permission or through a legitimate relationship.

23. Can I collect people’s phone numbers or emails?

Only with clear permission.

Ambassadors may not collect, use, share, upload, or store personal data such as names, phone numbers, emails, countries, payment details, or private conversations without consent.

24. Can I recruit someone from another ambassador’s team?

No. Cross-team recruiting is not allowed.

Ambassadors must not interfere with another ambassador’s recruits, customers, or downline. You may not encourage someone to leave their current team and join yours.

25. Can recruits be transferred to another ambassador?

No. Transferring recruits to another ambassador is prohibited unless YouthPro officially approves a specific case.

26. Can I create more than one ambassador account?

No. Each ambassador account must be connected to one real identity.

Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to manipulate commissions or placement are strictly prohibited.

27. Can I register people using my own information?

No. You must not register people using fake emails, fake names, fake phone numbers, fake payment details, or your own information without permission.

Each account must be legitimate and belong to the real person registering.

28. Can I charge recruits for extra training?

No. Ambassadors may not charge recruits for unofficial “VIP training” or private paid sessions related to the YouthPro Ambassador Program.

Official YouthPro training is provided through approved channels.

29. What should I do after someone joins through my link?

You should make reasonable efforts to guide and support them.

This may include helping them understand registration, encouraging them to explore the Bareq curriculum, guiding new ambassadors to watch the initial training sessions, and directing complex questions to YouthPro support.

30. Can I attack competitors or other platforms?

No. Ambassadors must not attack, insult, or diminish other educational platforms, schools, institutions, competitors, or fellow ambassadors.

Promotion should focus on Bareq’s value, not on criticizing others.

31. What happens if I violate the ambassador policies?

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, YouthPro may take one or more actions, including:

 Warning.

 Content removal request.

 Temporary restriction.

 Referral link suspension.

 Commission review or delay.

 Commission cancellation.

 Account suspension.

 Account termination.

Permanent removal from the YouthPro Ambassador Program.

Serious violations such as fraud, fake accounts, commission manipulation, privacy misuse, or intentional misrepresentation may result in immediate termination.

32. Can YouthPro update the ambassador policies?

Yes. YouthPro may update ambassador policies when needed for legal, operational, ethical, security, or program-related reasons.

Updates will be announced through email, platform notifications, or official ambassador channels.

Continued participation after an update means the ambassador accepts the revised policies.

33. Who should I contact if I have a question?

For questions about payments, policies, training, technical issues, privacy, or account status, ambassadors should contact YouthPro through the official support channels.
