1. Purpose of This Privacy Policy
YouthPro respects the privacy of all ambassadors and is committed to protecting their personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information YouthPro may collect, how it is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and what responsibilities ambassadors have regarding privacy and data protection.
By registering for or participating in the YouthPro Ambassador Program, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect
YouthPro may collect and process the following information during registration, onboarding, and program activities:
● Full name, email address, phone number, country, and other registration details.
● Bank account details or approved payment method information needed to process commission payments.
● Referral activity, sales performance, commission history, payout records, and account status.
● Communications with the YouthPro team, including support requests, training attendance, inquiries, complaints, and official notices.
● Compliance-related information, including reports of policy violations, fraud checks, account reviews, or investigation records.
YouthPro only collects information necessary to manage the ambassador program, process payments, provide support, and protect the integrity of the program.
3. How We Use Your Data
YouthPro uses ambassador personal data for the following purposes:
● Processing commissions, rewards, and payment records.
● Verifying ambassador identity, eligibility, and compliance with program requirements.
● Activating and managing ambassador accounts and referral links.
● Providing access to ambassador training, resources, dashboards, and official program materials.
● Sending official communications, including policy updates, payment notices, training schedules, program announcements, and support messages.
● Monitoring referral activity to detect fraud, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, spam, misleading promotion, or other policy violations.
● Protecting the fairness, security, and credibility of the YouthPro Ambassador Program.
● Meeting legal, tax, financial, or regulatory obligations where required.
YouthPro will not use ambassador personal data for unrelated purposes without proper reason or consent.
4. Consent and Legal Basis
By registering as a YouthPro Ambassador, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for program administration, commission processing, training access, communication, compliance review, fraud prevention, and support.
You may request to update, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting YouthPro support.
Some data may need to be retained for legal, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Payment Information and Accuracy
Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated personal and payment information.
YouthPro is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the ambassador.
Commissions will only be processed through approved payment methods and according to the official YouthPro commission and payout policies.
6. Data Sharing
YouthPro does not sell, rent, trade, or publicly disclose ambassador personal information.
Ambassador data may only be shared when necessary with:
● Authorized YouthPro team members who manage the ambassador program.
● Payment providers or financial service providers for commission transfers.
● Technical service providers used for platform, dashboard, communication, support, or program operations.
● Legal, tax, financial, or compliance advisors where necessary.
● Legal authorities, regulators, or government bodies if required by law.
All data sharing is limited to what is necessary for legitimate program, payment, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
7. Ambassador Privacy Responsibilities
Ambassadors must respect the privacy of customers, learners, recruits, other ambassadors, and the public.
Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from:
● Sharing personal data without permission.
● Collecting or using personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, countries, payment details, or private messages without prior consent.
● Uploading, selling, leaking, or distributing contact lists.
● Sending repeated unsolicited messages through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media, or any other platform.
● Adding people to groups without permission.
● Using spam, intrusive comments, misleading ads, scraped contact lists, or unauthorized mass messaging.
● Misusing customer, learner, recruit, or fellow ambassador information for personal benefit or unrelated business purposes.
Any violation of these responsibilities may result in warning, commission cancellation, account suspension, or termination.
8. Marketing and Communication Privacy
Ambassadors may promote YouthPro and Bareq only through ethical, respectful, and permission-based communication.
Ambassadors must:
● Contact people only when they have permission or a legitimate relationship with them.
● Clearly identify themselves as independent YouthPro ambassadors, not official employees or owners of YouthPro.
● Avoid misleading ownership claims or creating accounts that appear to be official YouthPro pages.
● Respect platform rules on WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
● Avoid spam, pressure tactics, fake urgency, false income claims, or misleading promotional messages.
YouthPro may review promotional activity if privacy violations, spam, or misleading marketing are reported.
9. Content Ownership and Confidentiality
All YouthPro and Bareq training materials, designs, presentations, logos, videos, documents, marketing resources, and internal communications belong exclusively to YouthPro or its authorized partners.
Ambassadors may use these materials only for official YouthPro Ambassador Program promotion.
Ambassadors may not:
● Sell, copy, leak, modify, or distribute YouthPro materials without permission.
● Use YouthPro materials for personal, unrelated, or unauthorized business purposes.
● Share confidential program information outside official ambassador channels.
● Misuse YouthPro branding, logos, presentations, or marketing assets.
10. Data Protection and Security
YouthPro takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect ambassador information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Ambassadors are responsible for:
● Keeping login credentials secure.
● Protecting their payment details.
● Not sharing account access with others.
● Using safe devices and secure communication methods when accessing ambassador information.
● Reporting suspected unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or privacy breaches to YouthPro support.
YouthPro is not responsible for privacy breaches caused by an ambassador’s careless handling of their own account, device, password, or payment information.
11. Minors and Guardian Consent
Ambassadors must generally be 18 years or older.
Applicants under 18 may only participate with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian, including consent for:
● Joining the YouthPro Ambassador Program.
● Sharing and processing personal data.
● Receiving payments on their behalf where legally permitted.
● Agreeing to YouthPro policies and program requirements.
YouthPro may request proof of guardian consent before activating or continuing an under-18 ambassador account.
12. Compliance Reviews and Violations
YouthPro may review ambassador activity when necessary to investigate suspected:
● Fraudulent activity.
● Fake or duplicate accounts.
● Spam or unauthorized messaging.
● Misleading promotion.
● Misuse of personal data.
● Misuse of YouthPro branding or materials.
● Commission manipulation.
● Breach of ambassador policies.
If a violation is confirmed, YouthPro may take appropriate action, including warning, content removal request, temporary restriction, commission cancellation, referral link suspension, account suspension, or account termination.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
YouthPro will retain ambassador personal data while the ambassador account remains active.
After account closure, YouthPro may retain certain records for up to 2 years, or longer where required for legal, tax, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
Ambassadors may request correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting YouthPro support.
Deletion requests may be limited where YouthPro is required to keep certain records for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Ambassadors may interact with YouthPro or promote the program through third-party platforms such as payment providers, messaging apps, social media platforms, email services, forms, dashboards, or training platforms.
These third-party platforms may process data according to their own privacy policies.
YouthPro is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms used independently by ambassadors.
15. Policy Updates
YouthPro reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy when necessary for legal, operational, security, or program-related reasons.
Any updates will be communicated through email, platform notifications, or official ambassador channels.
Updates become effective once announced unless YouthPro states a different effective date.
Continued participation in the YouthPro Ambassador Program after updates are announced means the ambassador accepts the revised Privacy Policy.
