Cancellation Policy

At YouthPro, access to the Bareq Arabic learning platform is provided through a one-time payment. This model grants users 2 years of full access with no subscriptions or recurring charges.

1. No Subscription or Auto-Renewal

Bareq is not a recurring subscription. Users make a single purchase, and:
 • There is no automatic renewal.
 • No cancellation is necessary to stop future charges.
 • Users retain full access for two years following purchase.

2. Account Deactivation

Users who no longer wish to use the platform may request account deactivation by contacting our support team. Please note:
 • Deactivating an account is optional and permanent.
 • It does not entitle the user to a refund, per our refund policy.

3. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

YouthPro reserves the right to suspend or cancel user access in cases of:
 • Violation of platform terms.
 • Unauthorized account sharing.
 • Fraudulent activity.

No financial compensation will be issued in such cases.

4. Payment Disputes via Third Parties (e.g., PayPal)

For purchases made through platforms like PayPal, users may contact PayPal support for dispute resolution. However:

⚠ Any claims must comply with YouthPro’s Refund Policy, including eligibility conditions and content usage limits. Refunds will only be issued if all outlined criteria are met.
