1. Introduction

YouthPro is an independent digital platform offering world-class curricula for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. In addition, it provides a smart, professional opportunity to promote the Arabic language globally.

The use of this platform is subject to the following terms and conditions.


2. Usage Policy

  • All users must use the platform in a legal, ethical, and secure manner.

  • It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any unlawful activities, including fraud, abuse, or identity impersonation.

  • The platform is intended for educational purposes and offers opportunities for ethical promotion and community engagement.

  • The use of the platform to spread hate speech or discrimination is strictly forbidden.


3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content published on the platform (text, images, videos, logos, etc.) is the property of YouthPro or licensed to it.

  • Reusing or distributing platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.

  • Altering, misrepresenting, or misusing the brand identity in ways that harm the platform is not allowed.


4. Updates and Modifications

  • The platform reserves the right to modify its policies and terms at any time.

  • Users will be notified of any significant updates.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policies.


5. Reporting Violations

  • Users may report any abuse, fraud, or violations of the platform’s policies using a dedicated form.

  • YouthPro commits to investigating and addressing all reports with confidentiality and professionalism.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • YouthPro is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of the platform.

  • All content is provided for educational and promotional purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These policies are governed by the laws of Jordan and the United States.

  • In case of disputes, the matter will first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, it will be referred to the competent legal authorities.


8. Brand Usage Policy

  • It is strictly prohibited to use the platform's name or logo in any marketing or media materials without prior approval.

  • (If you are an official ambassador, you must use only the marketing materials and content ideas provided to you by YouthPro.)

  • Creating pages or accounts using the name “YouthPro” on any platform is not allowed.

  • The platform’s visual identity must be respected as outlined in the official Brand Guidelines.


9. Third-Party Collaboration Policy (Partners / Service Providers)

  • Any business or technical partnership with YouthPro must be formalized through an official contract.

  • YouthPro is not responsible for any content or services provided by third parties unless officially endorsed.

  • No entity may claim representation of YouthPro without direct approval.


10. Transparency and Compliance Policy

  • YouthPro adheres to the highest standards of transparency in presenting information and opportunities.

  • Misleading promises or deceptive marketing practices are not allowed.

  • All users and ambassadors must comply with local and international laws regarding e-learning, marketing, and consumer protection.


11. Dispute Resolution Policy

  • In case of disputes between users and the platform, or among ambassadors/partners, the issue should first be referred to YouthPro’s management for amicable resolution.

  • If the matter remains unresolved, a formal complaint can be submitted and will be reviewed by an internal legal committee or relevant legal authority.


12. Account or Membership Termination Policy

  • YouthPro reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates platform policies without prior notice.

  • A notification with the reason for suspension will be sent, and the user will be given 5 business days to respond.


13. Service Withdrawal or Modification Policy

  • The platform reserves the right to withdraw or modify any service or product at any time, with prior notice to users.

  • No compensation will be granted unless a problem occurs with the product access and has not been resolved.
