At YouthPro, we are proud to offer Bareq — a comprehensive, self-paced Arabic learning platform for non-native speakers. To help every learner make an informed decision, we provide 9 full free lessons on our website that offer a clear and complete preview of the program before any purchase is made.
Note: Because of this extensive free trial, refunds are only considered in specific cases, outlined below.
1. Free Trial Experience
Before purchasing, users can complete the Free Lessons Track available on our site. These lessons are equivalent to 2–3 months of learning, ensuring users know exactly what to expect from the Bareq platform.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
• Access Failure Within First 72 Hours: If the Bareq account cannot be activated or accessed due to a technical issue on our end — and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours of notifying us of your initial access attempt — a refund may be considered.
• Duplicate Payment: If a user is accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, the excess amount will be refunded.
3. Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
• The user has accessed any lessons beyond the free trial.
• More than 72 hours have passed since account activation.
• The request is based on personal dissatisfaction or change of mind.
• The user violates the terms of use or shares the account.
• The account shows usage exceeding 2% of premium content.
4. How to Request a Refund

• Your full name and email used to register.
• The date of purchase.
• Reason for the refund.
• Proof of payment.
We will review the request within 7 business days and issue a refund only if all eligibility conditions are met.
